Wellness Wednesday--Garlic

Yeah, some of you don't like it...and I know the smell is pungent, but there are some health benefits to garlic!

Garlic:
Lowers blood pressure
Anti-oxidant
Anti-fungal
Anti-microbial
Lots of vitamins and minerals
