Day 4--Vegan MoFo


You guessed it! Missed a meal again!

Simple peanut butter with crackers mid-morning. 
Dinner--homemade vegetable soup with rice. 

The soup was worth skipping lunch for and very filling. I love when the crockpot does all the work. 

I am really enjoying the exposure to other blogs and I am extremely glad I signed up to be a participant!
