Wellness Wednesday--Stress

We all get stressed, right?!  Family, life, work, school, fill in the blank and name it, it's there.

Stress affects our body tremendously.

I've been feeling this lately with things going on in my life...and with the way things are going at work, I hear it constantly from others.

So, in the spirit of stress...and especially as it relates to food (yes, I heard you today stress eater)...I just wanted to share.
